Daily Duties at Sprint:

Own P&L for the Converged Segment, driving alignment of product plans, marketing plans/communications, sales plans, training and other support mechanisms.Responsible for P&L budget for both the Sprint and Fall CompTel trade shows. Required to ensure messaging and event content. Evaluated the impact to Sprint Wholesale to decommission cloud services in the wholesale space Provided cost, forecast and profitability information to upper management for standard and hosted cloud services Coordinate with various Wholesale Teams for strategy and execution of decommissioning of product(s) which included policy and procedures, accounts affected, internal and external messaging. Built sales forecast for Wireless access based on industry research, sales and customer feedback. Coordinate with Product Team in evaluation of New Business Model for wireless access product to be utilized on the Retail platform at a lower cost to prospective MVNO's than the Wholesale Model. Finance provided Business Case analysis based on information provided to be presented at Director Sales Committee meeting for evaluation.
