Daily Duties at Chartwell Capital Solutions:
• Set up company valuation models by conducting comparable company, comparable transaction, tangible assets, and discounted cash flow analysis using information from Capital IQ, FactSet, and Pratt database • Write valuation report, monthly M&A activity report, and due diligence checklist • Manage client information through data room, emails and management meetings • Develop corporate marketing materials such as preparing pitch book and information memorandum
