Daily Duties at Christopher Radko Designs:
1) Was the first employee ever hired by this, then up and coming designer of holiday ornaments. The year I started the yearly gross was $150,000. When I left 4 years later it had increased to over $5,000,000/year. 2) Handled all day to day operations including customer service, managing sales representatives, order input, attending trade shows to interact with customer and sell the product, managed the shipping process, financial reporting for Mr. Radko. 3) Worked directly with Mr. Radko to rebrand the company's logo, catalog and sales display, resulting in a tripling of business year over year. 4) Created a "Collectors" program including a newsletter, special collector's ornament and membership incentives. In its first year it had over 5000 members.
