Daily Duties at Charlotte Wilcox Company:
1) Directly responsible for all financial and business aspects of several multi-million dollar productions and tours including payroll, box office reporting, advertising reconcilement, engagement details, union negotiations with 8+ unions at any one time, liaise with local producers to make sure all requirements of the production contract were being followed, all travel and lodging for tour staff of as many as 125+ people moving on a monthly basis, and staff of 75+ moving on a weekly basis. 2) Acted as assistant to Associate Producer while in New York including oversight of the $50,000/week advertising sales and budget; hiring, training of interns through educational institutions, liaise with tour managers to handle all engagement questions; documentation of all duties when I was promoted to Assistant Tour Manager.
