Daily Duties at Global Resource Solutions, Inc.:

• Supervise 20 administrative service professionals on a $14M contract vehicle • Monitor and control (contractors) overall program performance to manage SOW and Project Scope changes • Perform Human Resource Management objectives by recruiting and selecting new hires for project team; Responsible for onboarding process, training, assigning, coaching, time and attendance, annual evaluations, and disciplinary action • Serve as a liaison between Contractor personnel and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), regarding administrative contract matters • Coordinate with Prime Contractor's Program Manager for updates and new hires consistent with managing the scope, time, and cost • Prepare and deliver monthly status reports, based on progress and activities of contract • Exploring new business opportunity to add value to organizations accomplishment • Provide the planning, coordination, technical direction, and surveillance of all project-related and program management activities • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis with knowledge of business functions and systems • Oversee financial operations including planning, coordinating and executing the monthly burn-rate budget process • Oversee risk management and legal activities; letters of agreement, letters of intent, contracts, and other legal documents and agreements associated with current contract vehicle • Demonstrated ability as an effective tactical leader as well as strategic thinker • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Demonstrate proficiency in oral communication and technical and non-technical writing • Demonstrate skills in comparative analysis and idea generation techniques (e.g., brainstorming) • Excellent working knowledge of the Defense Travel System (DTS); Submit and reconcile travel vouchers • Possess working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR), the Planning Tool for Resource Integration, Synchronization and Management (PRISM) system, and general contracting principles, to include the use and applicability for the simplified acquisition process (SAP) • Member in good standing with the Project Management Institute Southern
