Strategic re-alignment of the Top 2 Regions in the Company and combined them together. Combined responsibilities for New region of $ 200 Million in Revenue for 89 Branches and 11 Regional, Area and District Managers in Direct report. Duties included Strategic Sales and Financial growth, Full P/L responsibility, Sales Development, Strategic Client partnerships,Budgeting, Leadership, Team Building, Sales and operational Training, coaching and mentoring of all field staff.
