Daily Duties at Oracle Corporation:
Expanded role due to Office Manager quitting after first week. Additional responsibilities included; cleaning storage spaces to fire code, handled all space planning, move plans, re-location planning, learned how to move phone lines for re-located employees, Facility SME, direct communication with Regional Director via weekly reports and 1 on 1's, Reviewed all financial spreadsheets of all vendors to ensure billing was accurate. If error found, I worked with several vendors AP department on delinquent invoices that needed negotiations, corrections and/or to get them paid. I also worked with Oracle's AR department for credits and re-negotiated contracts with vendors. Worked with Oracle's new vendor department to ensure a smooth transition from old vendor to our newest vendors. Office Manager role was to ensure Oracle was getting the best price from our vendors for all Services and employees utilized space assigned to them per policy and was SME for the facility. I took over this role in addition to my daily role listed below. Daily responsibilities as a facility coordinator for 5 floors in 2 towers: phones turned on at 8am in 2 different towers, mail and packages distributed all floors both towers, facility employees were on time, facility change reports updated, invoices opened and recorded, vendor relationship and control, maintenance scheduled and/or completed, coolers stocked with drinks, media rooms were set up, lights changed, kitchens cleaned, fire code upheld, handle office moves for employees, handle phone moves, clean out offices after employees move on, copiers stocked with paper, printers all had toner, refrigerators cleaned out, back up to receptionist and back up to Office Manager while out.
