Daily Duties at Oracle Corporation:
Responsible for creating projects to create new consulting self service tools and modify already existing self service tools along with any other projects asked to complete. These responsibilities included improvements to operational efficiencies and consistencies while staying in compliance with company policies. Creation of Business Requirement documents to work with Developers on new systems or update current systems. Developed communications via email, as needed to keep stakeholders (Sales, Risk Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, Training, and Purchasing) happy with progress. Created PowerPoint Presentations to guide new users through new system or train users on changes made to current system. Set up all User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Created PowerPoints to communicate when, where and how UAT will be conducted. Created timelines to help communicate creation, BRD process, development time, UAT, and roll-outs. Attended all Project Management calls and traveled globally.
