Daily Duties at Design Line International Llc:
Customer pre sales and technical discussion with clients executive, management, engineering, and maintenance to support sales. Developed a cost model based on the National Transportation Data base for cost comparison based on side by side testing of a diesel bus with hybrid and all electric makes and models. Manage by example and hands on the plant layout, equipment, infrastructure, production process, work instructions, safety procedures, training, quality inspection of spare parts to finished product and testing. Development of a new drive system with US components, and battery packs for both the hybrid and all electric models. Safety testing and validation for APTA, New York City, and FTA for compliance and sustainability of the bus for a 12 year life cycle. The development of the engineering department, warehouse, warranty, post service and support.
