Daily Duties at Raytheon Jps Communications (Contract Position):
• Managed state purchasing contracts, including filing state & federal general services agreement (GSA) sales reports, figuring administrative fees, and maintaining registration • Main point of contact for administration of Dealer, Manufacturer Represpentative, and State contracts. • Prepared, managed and maintained dealer agreements, integrated manufacturer agreements, state contracts, from request to execution • Proactively worked with sales representatives assessing their contract needs, inquiries, and ensured their requirements were met • Conducted review of new agreements for attorney's signature • Drafted contract amendments for Dealer and Manufacturer Representative Agreements • Prepared and distributed contract related documents for users throughout the organization in order to facilitate contract compliance. • Managed and maintained numerous spreadsheets on the active and inactive agreements, quarterly sales reports to states and federal contracts • Managed a system to track due diligence process and approvals. • Provided support to Export Controls ensuring all due diligence for export forms were completed accurately • Assisting in the migration of contract tracking from MS Excel to Remedy contract Management tool
