• Managed and maintained multi-million dollar construction contracts from bid to execution • Proactively worked with project teams assessing their contract needs and ensured their requirements were met • Drafted amendments for construction agreements • Initiated a standardized scope of work template to ensure project thoroughness • Reviewed invoices for accuracy related to Statement of Work and Change of Orders; notified project manager and project coordinator of discrepancies • Audited and notified management of contracts that extended past original contract period or had increased contract value without proper approvals • Incorporated a policy of monthly notifications of expiring agreements allowing project managers to determine contract needs and to stay on top of contract management
