Daily Duties at Lehigh Hanson:

Intially brought on to record over 450 processes within the different modules of Oracle in Workforce Performance Builder (WPB) due to system upgrade. Became lead contractor on project. Worked directly with BSA's on each module to regarding questions on the processes. Assisted with the editing of the recordings as needed. Assisted on creating standardizations within WPB for project. Assisted BSA's during user testing, Contract extended to recorded process for OnBase instalation and JWS APEX system. Set up Workareas, Users, Permissions and Templates to be used for the new projects. Attended meetings as needed. Worked directly with BSA's to set up standards prior to start of recordings. Working as contractor through Matrix Resources out of Dallas, TX.
