Daily Duties at Time Warner:
I was responsible for placing as well as receiving calls to homeowners who were interested in any or all of the internet-cable or phone services provided by Time Warner in there community. I was to review various options for the above services and design a customer selected package for those needs in a individual or bundled means that fit there budget. I also informed these customers of special discount programs that were available at certain times. When customer finally agreed to the services they intended to purchase I was to run a thorough credit check for approval and when finished provide them scheduled times for the installation on there approved order.
