Inform our guest of the high-lighted specials on our menu. Provide customers of important information to as activities taking place at our restaurant. To engage with customers to inquire if with a team or organization as to assist with them various programs that will benefit there specific needs maybe now or in the future. After approximately 6 months as a Captain I then completed the course of becoming a WCT, which means I was to train new people the many skills in serving as a host-cashier- and serving as a food runner for our servers. As a WCT a number of the people who I trained many of them have become successful in other positions with our franchise group.
