Daily Duties at Dyncorp International:

Vast experience overseeing recruitment efforts on multiple international and stateside DoD/DoS government contracts worth over an estimated $1.1 billion. Main POC for recruitment and staffing guidance on all Construction, Maintenance, Operations, Logistics, Contingency and Security contracts and proposals. Held responsibility as Hiring Manager for collaboration, review and sole approving authority of potential candidates for multiple live contracts. Qualified as SME on a multitude of proposals providing salary analysis and obtaining and directing efforts of external agencies in development of recruitment modules and staffing. Garnered an extensive background with the “blue collar” side of recruiting. Included “cold calling” with intent to acquire mainstream candidates in order to provide staffing solutions to meet the needs of multiple contracts and proposals. Ascertained detailed job specification requirements with government client to ensure complete needs of client prior to presenting ideal, qualified candidates. Acquired candidates through means of resume boards, word-of-mouth, company database and “headhunting” skills from competitive industries. Provided complete candidate review through phone interviews and thorough validation of resumes, references and education prior to introducing candidate to customer. Track entire process of selection to final interview, offer, background checks and placement.
