Daily Duties at Dyncorp International:
I created a strategic initiative to have a team of Recruiters provide Bids and Proposal support to the Business Development group when there wasn't one that existed previously. Main responsibility to source/vet Key Personnel required by the RFP. Also provided salary/compensation analysis to ensure appropriate salaries were being offered in proposal. Instituted pre-background, education and clearance checks on candidates. Ensured compliance with EEO and OFCCP was maintained. In many instances, required to source/vet candidates for the entire contract in the event there were no incumbents from the current contract.
