Daily Duties at Envision Emi:
• Developed and monitored sales efficiencies through specific Key Performance Indicators including conversion rate, days to close, and number of contacts to close • Developed and monitored a streamlined customer escalation system that led to an average 1.5 day reduction in time to resolution • Tracked effectiveness of training program through individual agent performance indicators. Implemented and monitored changes to reduce overall training curve • Acted as the Admissions department’s subject matter expert on all products, processes and software systems • Directly responsible for testing all online forms, landing pages and sales tools to determine customer behavior and to ensure they met business needs • Worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams on various projects to provide necessary data points to make key operational decisions
