• Managed the day-to-day operations of an outsourced sales team of 4 managers and 75 sales agents • Handled the management of 175,000 inbound phone calls, 55,000 emails and 80,000 unique web leads annually • Increased conversion rate from 14% to 20% • Managed team was directly responsible for over 13,000 enrollments, accounting for 56% of the company’s overall annual enrollments • Developed and managed sales pipeline and conversion reporting • Managed the startup of a new outsourced, centralized sales team including the creation of project timelines, agent hiring profile and the training program, integration of technology and systems, and establishment of Key Performance Indicators • Managed an internal team of two Lead Admissions Counselors and a Quality Assurance Coordinator • Redesigned pre-sales CRM system to increase agent efficiency and reduce call handle time by 1:30 • Managed an operating budget of $2.5M • Developed and facilitated training for internal and outsourced staff on product details, sales model, pre and post sales processes and software systems • Created training resources on 25 products, training manuals for 4 software systems and documentation for new processes and policies • Established and supervised quality monitoring and coaching program for outsourced sales team
