Daily Duties at Lpl Financial:
► Seamlessly took over reconciliation responsibilities for MWP & PWP platform, with AUM of 6 billion. ► Created a triage reconciliation process for days with system issues, in order to deliver reconciled accounts to the overlay trading team, with enough time to get all trading completed. ► Represented managed account operations in the Sept. 2011 Kaizen effort as an expert in the reconciliation process, and spoke on report out to the COO, as well as Senior executives on the call. ► Primary contact for all explanations on escalated recon issues with Vestmark. ► Helped to train and supervise two additional people for the reconciliation process.
