Daily Duties at State Farm Insurance Company:

Provide insights, analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance on website/document translation projects destined to State Farm Insurance clients within the Spanish speaking community across the USA and Canada. Execution of English into Spanish translations, editing and quality control of insurance, legal, banking, marketing, medical, health and special events content. Collaborate with marketing, web development and project management teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all translated content, in addition to creating/implementing new translations for the company’s style guide and terms database. Also working as a facilitator of software training to colleagues in order to improve the team's efficiency and productivity.
