Daily Duties at Technisource:

•Launched two start-up customer care service centers: "One Stop" customer service center and IT Help Desk. •Processed invoices, managed payroll and budgets. Created business operations manual, negotiated KPI bonus/penalty compensation metrics, and developed customer satisfaction surveys and monitored quality incoming call process. •Hired, trained, coached and developed a team of 14 management and 100 customer service reps. Interacted with senior management by providing weekly executive summary reports. •Implemented workforce management command center to manage 24x7 work schedule staffing to balance force and load based on call volume real time and historic trends. Track and trend customer service incoming calls for quality improvement and adherence to compliance regulations.
