• Managed and supervised day to day operations of customer service incoming and outbound call center. • Developed, trained, coached and implemented customer service policies and procedures as well as monitored compliance to DOL Regulations and Company customer service standards. • Monitored employee incoming call handling processes for quality assurance and professional customer service. Interviewed, recommended employees for hiring, staffed the center based on incoming call volumes, enforced adherence to schedules, and implemented appropriate disciplinary actions. • Established performance metrics, evaluated employees, recommended employee retention strategies, developed corrective action plans to improve customer accessibility and call quality. Answered customer complaints, negotiated problem resolution, prepared daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for Director.
