Serve as a liaison between clients and internal/external project teams, ensuring excellent client relations, progress and adherence to deadlines, budget, and scope. Delegate, schedule, and prioritize workload among team members. Develop complex estimates/budgets and provide regular updates to agency team and clients. Have developed relationships with third-party vendors for many specialized tasks. Collaborate with agency accountants to oversee internal financial functions.
