Key responsibilities included Pre-sales – sales seminar delivery (Requirements Based Testing); SOW preparation; executive briefings (business value of process improvement) Account Management – “farming” for increased scope of services/revenues; client satisfaction management; client risk/issue management Engagement Governance – engagement planning, engagement risk/issue management; resource management, status reporting, developing trusted advisor relationships with client senior management Process Improvement Lead – initiative strategy formulation, business case development; corporate initiative road map and program plan development and team coaching; executive mentoring; process architecture, design and implementation; pilot project planning, team mentoring; integration with other initiatives (PMO, COBIT, ITIL, ISO); risk/issue management; facilitated development of team deliverables Process Governance and Measurement – development of measurement plans; design and lead measurement program deployment, encompassing process-specific to enterprise BSC (using PSM/ISO 150939); development and delivery of measurement workshops and seminars Process Training – development/maintenance of CMMI/PMI Registered Education Provider (REP) process courseware; delivery of seminars/workshops from ½ to 4 days duration (public and client-specific) Process Advocacy – development and delivery of presentations for PMI Chapters and Software Process Improvement Network chapters; SEPG Conference tutorial Process Assessment – CMMI SCAMPI Class A and C Appraisal Team Member; designed and delivered custom-built assessments of PMOs, measurement programs, process compliance assessment based on world-class and trade-specific reference models
