Key responsibilities included • Pre-sales – preparation of consulting services proposals and SOWs; client presentation development and delivery to CxO level management • Client Revenue Growth – responsible for identifying and proposing client revenue expansion opportunities within existing clients • Client Business Case development – responsible for the development of business case and related analyses for centralizing and improving QA/Test capabilities for a client. Led to multi-million dollar engagement. Lead development of Business Case models and executive presentation for PLM Hub and Spoke infrastructure architecture • Engagement Governance – engagement planning, engagement risk/issue management; resource management, status reporting, developing trusted advisor relationships with client senior management • Consulting Practice Development – responsible for the development intellectual property for consulting services in the areas of process governance, measurement program design and implementation, IT support of corporate mergers and acquisitions
