Daily Duties at Symphony Teleca:
Responsible for Client Engagement Management: • management of geographically distributed team in a multi-million dollar one year engagement to assess, envision, develop and deploy software development best practices (Agile and Waterfall SDLC, Demand/Delivery Management, BPM, IT Governance/Measurement) • development of overall process architecture • development and maintenance of engagement WBS/schedule, budget, and RAID table • building trusted advisor relationships with global CIO and direct reports • establishing liaison to business process owners • development and delivery of global business process owner training workshop • led client team in building a Master Schedule for all IT projects
