Work on yearly budget revisions, called June Update, developed once the first quarter of the year has been closed and November Update, which is done once 6 months have gone by. This process is done in order to find opportunities and savings through the year. Prepare month end results for local and international management with top level month end results. This is called: Slow or Obsolete inventory (SLOB) and is analyzed for inventory close to 180 or 360 days to becoming obsolete. Work also in special projects involving the total J&J sites in Puerto Rico, involving approximately 4,000 employees. This project included analyzing the weekly pay for all J&J employees in Puerto Rico. This was due to a system problem in which the shift differential was not being calculated correctly. Calculate NPV & IRR for new capital projects. This can be for new manufacturing lines or for enhancements to existing lines. Also, determine if there is any cost avoidance or cost reduction with a project implementation. Coordinate Fixed Asset inventory every 3 years in the different J&J facilities under my responsibility. Work with the HR department as "consultant" for issues related to the time & attendance system. Team leader for the Safe Fleet program: this team works with the personnel who has a company car assigned. It deploys safety policies, Behind the Wheel Training program as well as dealing with accident reports (as necessary). This includes J&J Corporate Audit Department, Lifescan internal audit department and PWC external auditors. Accenture team: this is an external third party team that help us with the transactional part of the business, allowing us to have more time to analyze data. I work as the liaison with the Accenture team. They need to report to me on a monthly basis the business results from their transactions, achievements and opportunities in the process.

What they like about Lifescan Products Llc:

You give high priority to hiring firms with prestige. Market reputation and prestige of a firm may be determined through on-line research, and conversations with individuals working in your target industry. Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity. So as you assess your employment opportunities, be sure to seek out the positive aspects of the firm's reputation in addition to noting negative publicity the company may have received.
