• Promoted to re-organize a team of 20+ highly skilled software project managers and software developers • Direct the overall development process for the entire flight system software including attitude control, autonomous battery management, thermal management, solar array drive, antenna auto-track, fault detection algorithms in various languages for real-time, and mission-critical systems • Successfully delivered over 50 software projects with aggressive schedules on-time and within budget • Maintained 100% on-time and within the budget product delivery by running daily analysis to assess risks in current schedule, ensure visibility and predictability, clear blocks, and adjust roadmap deliverables • Hired and/or cross-trained 10+ software engineers to build high-performance software development teams and increase efficiency and productivity • Achieved 10% increased productivity by integrating third party tools, add-ons, and interfaces that strengthen the product suite • Championed product life cycle and software development process improvement initiatives
