Daily Duties at Globetec, Inc.:

Directed new product implementation, Hand picked staff leading to decline in turn over, powered largest growth numbers in Americas sales growing from 22 Million to 38 Million in 2003, recruited and directed field marketing team to drive growth in companies key regions, inspired and wrote results based training programs for sales, approved IT policies, processes, and procedures, collaborated with top executives to improve staff development and motivation.
