-On site telephonic case manager for managed care workers compensation claims using computer documentation on CMS, in addition to MS word, Excel and Outlook - Coordinated communication between adjuster, claimant, medical providers, employers and attorneys for prompt return to work -Participated in grievance and utilization review processes. Orient new employees to managed care and applicable WC law - Conducted quality assurance program for nursing staff and meet quarterly with network management - Reviewed of General Liability claims to assist adjusters with settlement
