Daily Duties at Mcmc:

-Coordinated cost effective and appropriate services using managed care, panel providers and authorized vendor services -Included authorization of doctors office visits, various therapies, diagnostic testing, medication clearance and interaction -Certification of surgery using national guidelines-MDA and ODG -Focused on return to work for each claimant through obtaining and reviewing his past medical history, mechanism of injury, and ongoing communication with claimant, medical provider, adjuster, employer and attorney -Computer documentation of medicals, plan of care and coordination of appointments and services, using MS word, Excel. and Outlook, and WebOpus for case management documentation
