Daily Duties at First Data Corporation:
Maintained Admin/Super User access across multiple Hyperion applications, including HFM, Essbase, DRM and SmartView while supporting the global CFO user base. Assisted in software upgrade from Hyperion 9.3.1 to Hyperion 11.1.2.2 (went live in NOV-13) with user and software testing throughout the process. Created, modified, executed and maintained Essbase calculation scripts, outlines, formulas, variables, aliases, load rules, security filters, etc. Created new HFM reports or amended existing reports in the HFM BI+ report writing application Created and amended Oracle (Oracle R-12) FSG reports working with row and column sets. Primary admin for DRM – performed hierarchy adjustments, mappings, running validations, etc. Developed and maintained application administration documentation and trending of issues and subsequent resolution as an input to process improvement measurements
