Maintained a hosted Voice over IP telephone system based on Interactive Intelligence product line for over a thousand tenant users. Created the sales engineering process for the sales force allowing them to quickly generate technical responses for prospects. Troubleshoot WAN conductivity and circuit issues with clients to ensure their phones worked as designed
