Daily Duties at Verizon:

Manages and oversees Complex Delivery project-level activities for major customer outsourcing programs through transition -- from contract signature to operations -- and through transformations as required by contract. Customers supported are in the pinnacle tier defined as >$25M TCV, with global, multi-tower, complex solutions. This position is responsible for overseeing Verizon commitments and resources worldwide as assigned by program lead to ensure profitability is achieved, customer satisfaction is met, and global corporate policies are respected. This position partners with the Transition Lead and Transition Executive to ensure successful execution of the overall program transition activities and is responsible for accomplishing specific program objectives as required by the contract.
