Daily Duties at Tw Telelcom:
Responsible for managing and growing opportunities with current key customers, and at the same time developing a strategic sales plan to obtain new accounts within the Dayton market. Collaborated with CIOs, IT Directors, and IT Managers to develop solutions to meet their wide area network (WAN) needs. Monitored and adjusted solution offerings to my current client base through regular stewardship meetings to ensure their ongoing satisfaction, and to identify options for new and expanded product offerings. Collaborated with Marketing, and Sales Engineering staffs to fine tune solutions
