As a principal and senior principal consultant led several implementations. Consulted with diverse clientele in EMEA, Canada and USA and managed internal projects with Oracle RPAS Retail based solutions. . Played roles of PM/Consultant / SME / Lead as required. Led projects in all SDLC phases: creating SOW, project scope definition, project plans, communication, issues/risk plans/processes, monitoring and controlling, transitioning; overall meeting targets for highly complex deliverable(s).
