As a PM in charge of supporting Sr. PM in all areas. Sharing some areas and splitting others to make sure the ERP would be successful. In charge of 15 resources at a given time both on site and off shore: mitigating risks, escalating risks to client with solutions, planning resources, travel, project plans, gap analysis, business process management, support plan and management involving off site teams, working closely with Business Solution Architect and Technical Managers to make sure all areas were covered, transition plan and transition document deliveries.
