Daily Duties at Technisource (International Monetary Fund):
Select, implement and measure the effectiveness of service models, leveraged as solutions to meeting business needs. Service models include managed services, shared services, COE services, infrastructure services. Establish SLA's with supported initiatives and ensure that SLA's are met Managing all supporting teams through direct reports including hiring, developing, coaching, writing performacne reviews, preparing overall performance evaluations and training. Create a workforce plan for employees, contractors, location of staff that supports the local/regional strategy and goals Directs Call Center performance managment and stategical organizational planning Develops and implements policies to provide timely, reliable and professional services while exceeding business/KPI objectives Track trends across all service lines (Call Volume & Patterns, Hardware Service demands, training needs, etc.) Identify and resolve issues related to performance of the services and/or deviations from defined scope of work. Formualte and implement corrective action. Stay abreast of trends in service desk operations, management, technologies, sourcing, policies, procedures and other external changes that could have an impact on Service Desk services
