Owner of the Incident Management Process - Strive for continuous improvement of the incident managment process and the integration of the Incident Management Process with other IT operations management processes, such as problem and change management leverage service desk best practices and process frameworks to drive continual process imrprovement Promote self-service tools and the knowledge repository as a mechanisms to improve end-user satisfaction, increase FCR and cost reduction Perform trend analysis and develop action plans for improving service timelines and reducing cost. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and goal attainment. Created Operational Level Agreements (OLA's) to ensure all rechnical support teams maintain a high degree of ownership and accommodation when interfacing whith clients and customers Parterning across the technology division with facilitating the creation, revison, and documentation of technology organization strategies and policies, including risk-based strategies. Forecast and plan resource requirements and long-term investments in service lines while managing vendor resources and resource planning Works with management team to create and manage a business and financial plan; periodically re-forecast against actual results and ensure appropriate financial aligment and contributions to the overall plan. Managing all supporting teams through direct reports including hiring, developing, coaching, writing performacne reviews, preparing overall performance evaluations and training. Implement service desk, network support, change, and asset management systems; Implementation of Disaster Recovery plan; Assist in the evaluations of all team members and recommend merit increases,career pathing, promotions or performance management
