Daily Duties at Co Solutions Inc.:

My role was that of a W2 contractor, as a Clinical Systems Trainer, This job called for 100% travel. My responsibilities and role was as a Clinical Systems Trainer training and supporting Nurse Case Managers, Physicians, and other key Medical Health personnel in Warrior Transition Units(WTUs), located on Army Military bases in the Northeast. Those WTUs called for me to travel between different Army bases, in locations ranging from West Point to FT Knox in Kentucky. As a Clinical Systems Trainer, my role was to train and support Nurse Case Managers (NCMs) who had to document their patients(Soldiers) in the Military EMR known as AHLTA. These soldiers were returning veterans of the IRAQ and Afghanistan campaigns, who had physical and mental injuries associated with Combat operations in those countries. Key Tasks were: - Developing training plans and material to train and present to the NCMs - Present, Instruct and provide onsite support to Physicians and Nurses on the EMR and updates on the Clinical Documentation Form needed to document a SOAP note. - Present, Demo and Deliver onsite training on the use of Voice Recognition software(Dragon Medical) to dictate into the EMR SOAP Form. - Provide Sustainment support in the areas of Troubleshooting issues, Problem Determination and Resolution. - Receive key input from WTU Command to deliver important and critical information to Nurse Case Managers on Diagnosis and Procedures. - Deliver feedback from the WTUs to the WTU Command leadership.
