Daily Duties at Crackr Barrel Old Country Store:
Direct and manage Assistant Buyer and Buyer Support. Develop 15 themes per year plus drive sales in basic replenishment businesses. Collaborate with Planning Team to build financial plans to achieve best possible sales, margin and turn results. Work with Allocation team to achieve efficient distribution by store. Develop 15 themes, send theme directives with timeline to vendors, develop the product within each theme, conduct product style outs, merchandise layout, negotiate pricing, determine quantities, commit to theme through final financial style out.
