Daily Duties at Lighthouse Computer Services:

•Drive annual strategic planning process, develop implementation plans, design metrics and oversee overall corporate communication plan. •Define desired outcomes, perform gap analysis, determine needs, and develop, document, and implement programs to lead change management. •Maintain metrics and analytics on departmental and corporate performance and regularly solicit feedback from managers and employees to gauge success and fine-tune programs. •Write grants resulting in awards of over $400,000 for training and related tax credits. •Resolve difficult employee relations issues while managing risk and minimizing corporate liability. •Develop and implement goal oriented talent management systems to evaluate competencies and set individual and departmental goals in support of company objectives. •Create a variable pay compensation system linking pay to organizational and individual performance goals. •Manage team of five HR and administrative professionals.
