Daily Duties at Aaa Oklahoma:
• Responsible for the Operations, Training, Information Systems, Membership Records and Cash Processing Departments and the service delivery and auditing of AAA’s 13 retail service offices in Oklahoma including; oversight of three department managers, 13 Branch Managers and the staffs of each department or location. • Directed training and development activities including; facilitation, needs assessment, curriculum design, team building and goal setting.
