Daily Duties at Acp Services:
• Responsible for overall Contact Center operations, with a specific responsibility for Membership Services and Emergency Road Service. • Lead a group of approximately 130 employees, including nine (9) supervisors. • Increased membership sales close rate by nearly six percent (6%) in 2012 – 2013. • Launched an aggressive schedule of three (3) new dispatch groups (AAA OK/SD, AAA Hoosier, AAA NCNU) and three (3) inbound ERS call receiving groups (AAA NCNU, AAA MTW and AAA OK/SD) in 2010. • Spent four (4) months in the Fall of 2009 in the Glendale, AZ Contact Center driving operational improvement efforts that resulted in dramatic increases in member and client satisfaction. • Achieved the highest Employee Engagement scores and the lowest attrition rates of all MSC Contact Center Operations.
