Coordinated the daily operations of the CFI Unit monitoring fraud, waste & abuse, of affiliate health plans serving over 3.5 million members nationwide. Developed and maintained spreadsheets/databases to track and monitor numerous investigative cases generating annual recovery amounts in excess of $2.5M. Developed multiple reports for submission to various state and government agencies. Provided statistical analyses of various reports periodically generated to record and track departmental performance and trends.
