Daily Duties at Ameri Health Mercy Family Of Companies:

Manage the day-to-day monitoring of compliance/privacy issues arising from intakes via several referral sources. Establish processes for managing the receipt, documentation, tracking and investigation of privacy and compliance complaints, and work with pertinent constituents for resolution. Investigate corporate compliance and privacy reports and/or complaints and document resolutions. Prepare comprehensive reports for presentation to appropriate committees, internal management, and external agencies using both quantitative and qualitative analyses. Provide management and staff with current information on regulatory and legal requirements and act as a liaison with outside entities and regulatory agencies. Work with legal counsel, management, and other key constituents to ensure company has and maintain appropriate privacy forms and documents reflecting current organizational and legal practices requirements. Initiates, facilitates and promotes activities to foster privacy awareness throughout the organization.
