• Responsible for facilities operations and contract compliance throughout the New England area and Maryland. • Developed contract compliance between company and client through networking channels. • Managed profitability of contracts through P & L reports. • Performed necessary site visits and inspections to maintain contract compliance. • Responsible for all aspects of customer service. • Responsible for ensuring sufficient staffing and supervisory levels are in place for contract compliance. • Managed over 150 people at various levels with approximately 25 direct reports. • Developed new account acquisition program. • Hired and trained management staff for each contract.
