Daily Duties at Bristol Myers Squibb/Clairol:

Hired to provide order management services for Bristol-Myers and Clairol consumer products for the western part of the US. Reported to the Western Team Customer Service Manager. Responded to customer requests/concerns via email and phone on multiple business unit for West Coast business. Liaison between field sales, Business Development Group, customers, and transportation. Approved returns for miss-shipped and damaged product to ensure customers received proper credit. Attended calls and meetings with sales and customers as requested. Tracked customers backorders to be sure all products shipped on order if customer accepted backorders. Moved orders to ship from different warehouse if needed for higher service level. Ran monthly service level reports for key customers such Fred Meyer and Albertson’s. Promoted to Customer Inventory Analyst
