Daily Duties at Bristol Myers Squibb/Clairol:

Promoted from Customer Logistics Service Representative to handle all Mead Johnson business for Wal-Mart. Reported to Wal-Mart Team Manager. Backed up the CIA on the Kmart account and eventually took on the Kmart business. Responded to customer requests/concerns on multiple business units. Monitored and controlled inventory levels at customers' warehouses via VMI. Married all Wal-Mart VMI orders with the orders transmitted via EDI to fill trucks as much as possible. Sent out weekly emails advising sales of items that were being cut from the Wal-Mart orders and advise when expected to be back in stock. Liaison between field sales, Business Development Group, customers, carriers. Worked closely with supply chain to ensure there was enough product for all promotions. Consulted with Credit departments on a daily basis to know when able to create orders for Kmart and the amount the orders could not pass. Attended month end and quarter end meetings when requested.
