Daily Duties at Mondelez International:

(Under Cadbury Schweppes name) Promoted to Sr. Customer Service Representative and reported to a Customer Service Manager. Worked on multiple teams within the Finished Goods (Motts) and Confectionery teams. Responsibilities included training new customer service representatives. Created, revised and implemented departmental policies to streamline procedures. Handled all Order to Cash responsibilities for Wal-Mart, Military and Grocery for Motts and Cadbury products. Post realignment of customer services focused mostly on confectionery business due to knowledge of grocery business. Ran and analyzed month end report including open orders and invoices. First point of contact for CSR's for questions and assistance before going to manager. Assisted with desk realignment to ensure all business needs were met. Initial point of contact for the 2 warehouses when orders and shipments needed to be canceled or changed. Worked closely with Supply Chain, sale, logistics and distribution to ensure delivery dates and service levels were met. Consulted with Cash Applications, Credit and Deductions with regards to Account Receivable responsibilities. Contacted customers as invoices were becoming due to ensure service level of 95% paid on time or better. Researched unapplied cash and credits to paid invoices and returns were applied properly so customers on time payment percentage was not affected. Backed up manager whenever they were out of the office or unavailable. Provided manager with feedback on team to assist with ratings and reviews. Promoted to Manager of the Confections customer service team.
